朝ラン 2021/11/13


気温が10℃を切り、今シーズン初のウインドブレーカー着用となった。
先週の土曜日も天気が良かったけれど、今朝は冷え込んだことで空気の透明感が増したような感じがした。
身体的には夜ランの方が良いのではと思うが、今朝のような好天に恵まれると甲乙つけがたい。
