今朝は起床時に足がつってしまい、この状態で走りに出かけるのはまずいだろうと朝ランは諦めた。
午後から降り出した雨が暗くなってきても止んでなかったけれど、走るのに困らない小雨だったので19時過ぎに走りに出かかた。
