今朝は出かけようとしていた時に雨が降っていたので走らず、その代り夜ランで御苑外周を一周してきた。
なるべくペースを上げ気味でと思って頑張ってみたけれど、後半だれてしまい平均ペースで4’30″を切ることができなかった。
