夜ラン 2019/08/14

夜ラン御苑外周二周 2019/08/14


今朝走りに出かけようと玄関に出たら、さーっと雨が降っていて軟弱にも走るのを諦めたことで、夜ランできればと思案していた。
夕方になって、降ったり止んだりを繰り返していたのが暗くなる頃からぼんやりと月が見え、1～2時間は大丈夫だろうと思えたので御苑外周を二周してきた。
