インターバル練習 2019/06/01

京都御苑内でインターバル練習 1000m x 3本 2019/06/01


先週末と同じく御苑内で1000m x 3本の練習。
北向きに走る2本目のタイムの落ち込みを小さくするように頑張ってみたが、もう一頑張り欲しいという内容だった。
