二条城でインターバル練習 2018/09/23

二条城でインターバル練習 1000m x 5本


ちょっと間が空き過ぎたかも知れないけれど、二条城へインターバル練習をしに行った。
前回同様、今回も辛うじて5本とも何とか4分切りで済ませることが出来てよかった。
