二条城でインターバル練習 1000m x 3


今朝は二条城で1000m x 3本のインターバル練習。
まだまだ暑く、今朝も二条城に着いた時点で汗びっしょり。これからインターバルをするのかと思うと気が重くなってしまうが、今日は3本だけだと言い聞かせて走り出す。
