二条城でインターバル練習 2018/01/07


今年最初のインターバル練習。

ちょうど一年前にも二条城でインターバル練習をしていて、その時は1000m x 6本をおこない、結果は3’55″・3’59″・3’55″・3’54″・3’56″・3’53″だった。それに比べると今朝は随分と不甲斐ない結果だ。
