朝ラン7km

天気予報によると明日の朝ラン時間帯は強い雨が降るとのことなので、今朝は早くから出かけるところに短い時間ながら朝ランをねじ込んだ。
もう少し走りたかったが、時間が足りず7kmで終了。雨がパラパラする中でのランニングだった。
