夜ラン 2024/07/21


昼間は体温超えの暑さで、日向を歩いていると大げさに言えばもうろうとしてくるような感じだった。
さすがに暗くなり始める頃には、体温超えではなくなったけれど、暑いのには変わりなく、8kmだけでも結構な汗をかいた。
