大晦日ラン 2023/12/31

2023年走り納めラン 2023/12/31


一昨日朝は6℃、昨日は2℃、今朝は9℃ほどと、気温の変化が激しい。
昨日見た予報では雨の可能性が高かったけれど、走っている間は降らずに済んで良かった。
昨晩走っているので、疲労が抜けていないのは確実なので、普段なら翌朝に走らないけれど、大晦日なので特別に。
