夜ラン 2023/05/31


宵の明星がとてもきれいに輝いていて、梅雨入りしたことを忘れてしまうくらいだった。
今月は月初の連休中に走れたので、月間走行距離が久しぶりに180kmとなった。右ひざに大きな影響は出ていないのが何より。
