京都御苑外周夜ラン 2023/05/24

夜ラン 2023/05/24


走り始めは朝ランほどではないにしても、体の動きが悪くぎくしゃくした感じがあった。
3ラップ目半ばくらいからましになってきて、4ラップ目はまあまあ良い感じで走れた。もう一息勢いが欲しかったけれど、次回の楽しみにしておこう。
