夜ラン 2023/02/23


今朝走るつもりをしていたけれど、パラパラとしていたのとあまり気が乗らなかったので夜走る事にした。
夜になっても走ろうという気持ちが出てこない中、ペースの事は考えずとりあえず走ってこようと奮起し、御苑外周を二周してきた。
